Reading paths

Short sequences through the Gītā, five to seven verses long, for particular situations. The order matters: each begins where you are rather than with the resolution.

These sequences are reading suggestions, not treatment, and not a description of anyone following them. They are offered by Devdarshan Bastola, GMBPsS, counselling psychologist, alongside — never instead of — care you may already be receiving. Nothing here asks you to hurry anything you feel.

If you are in crisis, or having thoughts of ending your life, please contact your doctor, your therapist, your local emergency number, or a crisis line in your country now. That is a better use of the next hour than reading on alone.
